Dress Code Enforced! Dress to impress. This weekend is upscale and the dress code for each event will be enforced and required for entrance. If you do not meet the required dress codes, you may NOT be allowed to attend events and no refund will be given. No street attire or athletic wear allowed at any of the events.

Parking: Parking is provided at the Marriott AC Hotel, which is where the Cordial Rooftop Bar is located. Valet parking will be provided at the Duke Mansion for Saturday's events. 

Hotel Accommodations: Coming from out of town and want to attend the weekend festivities, but unable to purchase one of the overnight packages available at the Duke Mansion? We have established an agreement with the beautiful Marriott AC Hotel Charlotte SouthPark for our out of town guest to stay for a discounted rate for their overnight stay in the Queen City.  Please keep in mind that hotel guest will not participate in the activities planned for our package holders at the Duke Mansion. click the link below to make reservations at the AC Hotel.

​DISCLAIMER: In the event of inclement weather conditions during the "Weekend of Excellence", all events will go on as planned. If weather leads to unsafe conditions, then the rooftop party will be held indoors, as well as Saturday's event cocktail hour at the Duke Mansion. The weekend events will NOT be canceled. There are no refunds granted even for reason due beyond our control. 

FUNDRAISER: This event is a FUNDRAISER and proceeds will benefit TRUSTED PARENTS, a nonprofit organization that supports parents of children living with disabilities and other special healthcare needs. If you are unable to attend but would like to donate and learn more about the cause and the efforts of Trusted Parents please visit www.trustedparents.org/donate.

​GENERAL RELEASE FORM

​By participating in the “Weekend of Excellence Royal Affairs” you agree to adhere to all instructions, guidelines, and safety rules. In addition, you acknowledge and being fully aware that participation in the events could expose you to possible risk of personal injury, hereby release Bye Enterprise and Trusted Parents from any and all liability from property damage, personal injuries, or other claims arising from or in connection with your participation in the events including claims that are known and unknown, foreseen, and unforeseen, future, or contingent.

​You further release Bye Enterprise and Trusted Parents, from any and all liability from any injury, damage or loss sustained by participants, guests, or vehicles before, during or after the Weekend of Excellence Royal Affairs, as a result of your participation in the event or associated events (this includes food or beverage consumption prepared and distributed).

​By participating in the “Weekend of Excellence Royal Affairs,” you authorize Bye Enterprise and Trusted Parents, and those acting for and with Bye Enterprise and Trusted Parents, to use interview, photograph, video and/or audio record you, without compensation in any medium, including print, electronic (web-based), social media material for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes. This authorization shall extend to all languages, media, formats, and markets now known or later discovered. This authorization shall continue indefinitely unless you revoke this authorization in writing. You waive your right to inspect or approve any finish product in which your likeness is used. You will make no monetary or other claim in connection with the authorized use of your name or photos, video, interviews, and quotes.

​You acknowledge that you have read and fully understand the General Release Form. You release Bye Enterprise & Trusted Parents, and their partner organizations and employee of all liability. This agreement is a release of all liability and a contract enforceable against you (and your heirs, legal representatives, guardian, executors, successors, and assigns) in a court of law. Bye Enterprise & Trusted Parents reserves the right to revise these regulations and/or terminate this agreement at its sole discretion. Bye Enterprise & Trusted Parents reserves the right to remove any displays or deny entry to any group(s) that do not meet the standards set forth by Bye Enterprise & Trusted Parents, and their partner organizations employee by in the guidelines. You understand that there are no refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather or any other circumstances. By purchasing a package or ticket to any or the above events, you acknowledge that you have/has read the above release and understand the terms outlined herein.
